My name is Edmund Coleshill, and I have been a qualified and experienced therapist for over 10 years. I can help you overcome any issue that you may be facing, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or more.

Using a variety of evidence-based approaches, such as person-centered counselling, cognitive-behavioural therapy, hypnotherapy, and virtual reality therapy, I can assist you in healing, growing, and achieving your full potential.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a therapy for people who suffer from trauma-related problems like flashbacks, upsetting thoughts, depression, or anxiety.
